Major General BM Yahampath was elected President of Sri Lanka Aquatic Sports Union (SLASU) for the period 2023/2025 at the AGM held on the afternoon of 31 May, while Mahinda Liyanage was elected General Secretary.
The AGM was held at National Sports Council Building and conducted according to the SLASU constitution and the Sports Act No. 25 of 1979 with its amended regulations.
